Heritage Renovations

McNaughton Building specialise in detailed heritage renovations, from residences to sheds and studios to woolsheds and farm buildings. Not being able to tell the works have taken place is the aim, using similar construction methods, with available materials.

McNaughton Building is also interested in landscaping. With site disturbance common, for excavations or drainage, it can be an efficient method to bulk landscape earlier rather than later to allow establishment time during construction. This can be done using rocks from excavation, or import materials as required.

This picture shows large rocks uncovered during excavations used as retaining wall, with plantings to follow. Placed with the machine used for the excavation can save on further machine costs in the future, also allowing establishment as mentioned.
